Conference

The NY State Maple Producers’ Association is proud to host the 2021 International Maple Conference, the annual meetings of NAMSC and IMSI, in Niagara Falls, NY, just one block from the “8th wonder of the world.” For details and to register, click here.

2021 Spring into Maple Season

Maple producers in the Upper Hudson region opened their doors to share fresh maple and show how New York’s delicious maple products are made. The Association was honored to welcome Rayan Aguam, Director of Community Relations for Senator Jim Tedisco, for its annual tapping, held at Sugar Oak Farms in Malta. Aguam did the tapping and presented Association President David Campbell of Mapleland Farms with a Citation on behalf of Senator Tedisco, recognizing the Association’s “success and prosperity while providing a valuable service to our citizenry, improving their welfare and quality of life.”

2020 Fall Maple Tour

2020 Fall Maple Tour was held October 9-18.

2020 Spring Maple Tapping

The 2020 Spring Maple season was a little quieter than usual, but the maple still flowed and Commissioner Ball joined the members of the Upper Hudson Maple Producers Association for the first tapping of the year at Battle Hill Maple in Fort Ann. The group was honored to have Senator Betty Little in attendance too.

2019 New York State Maple Tour

The 2019 New York State Maple Tour was held July 12-14. It was hosted by the Western NY Maple Producers Association and was centered at the Grange Building of the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY.

  • Friday afternoon and evening – registration, trade show, and social
  • Saturday – visit sugarhouses in Erie County ranging from 1,000 to 7,000+ taps
  • Sunday – visit sugarhouses in Wyoming County ranging from 2,000 to 20,000+ taps

2019 Maple Open House Weekends

Take a free tour of area sugarhouses March 23, 24, 30, and 31. Experience firsthand the sights, smells, and sounds of maple syrup making. 29 Sugarhouses participated throughout the six-county region, with many serving pancake breakfasts.
