 2015 Tree Tapping Ceremony

Come help us kick off 2015 Maple Weekend Festivities on March 20th at our annual tree tapping ceremony. This year’s ceremony will be taking place at 1:00 PM at Mud Road Sugar House located at 278 Mud Road, Ephratah, NY  13339. Refreshments and maple hor’dorves will be served.

Maple Open House Weekends

Take a free tour of area sugarhouses March 21 & 22 and March 28 & 29, 2015. Experience first-hand the sights, smells and sounds of maple syrup making. 22 Sugarhouses are participating throughout the six-county region, many serving pancake breakfasts.
