Praline Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 24 ounces cream cheese
    • 1-1/4 cups brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 4 eggs
    • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crust:
    1. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in crumbs and sugar.
    2. Pack into bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan.
    3. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  2. Filling:
    1. Beat cheese, sugar, and flour together at medium speed until blended.
    2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended after each addition.
    3. Mix in vanilla and nuts. Pour over crust. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until firm. Chill.
  3. Topping: Spread syrup over the top of cooled cheesecake. Chill.
